Missy Ingram Named Resident Services Director of Legacy Village of Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (August 6, 2018) – Missy Ingram, LPN, has been named the resident services director to Legacy Village of Cleveland, an assisted living and memory care community serving Bradley County scheduled to open in fall 2018.

She will oversee a caring staff that ensures Legacy’s residents stay active in a safe environment where they receive support for grooming, medications and other needs to ensure their security, dignity and quality of life.

Ingram, a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner, calls upon 28 years of nursing experience in a variety of caregiving areas to enrich the lives of residents, family and staff in her new role.

“Missy’s leadership and expertise in building a caregiving team will play a crucial role in making Legacy Village of Cleveland a special place for our residents. Her passion for quality and service will ensure the highest level of care for our residents,” Bryan Cook, COO of Legacy Senior Living, management company of Legacy Village of Cleveland, said.

She is also a certified CPR instructor and brings emergency room and cardiology experience to Legacy Village of Cleveland.

“The assisted living and memory care settings have been the most rewarding and fulfilling of my entire career,” Ingram said. “This is truly where my heart belongs.”

Ingram and her husband, Michael, live in Benton, Tenn. She has two sons and one granddaughter. She also serves as the nurse for the Polk County Bobcats junior youth football team.
